The No.4 construction plot of Longquan Urban Cultural Living Room project is the OULUWANGJI Hotel project, the total construction area of about 33,387.65 square meters, of which, the ground construction area of about 24,487.65 square meters, the underground construction area of about 8,900 square meters,the estimated total investment of about 290 million yuan. The hotel has 170 urban mountain view rooms with a height of 12 meters and a pillarless ballroom with an area of 1,500 square meters. It integrates guest room, catering conference and entertainment,and is the last main building in the cultural and creative district to be completed. The project was fully completed in August 2024 and fully operational in October of the same year. The project was awarded as the 2024 Lishui City high-quality structural project.
